But if Hillary isn't leftist enough, that may change in 4 years. I see. I kind of hope Bernie decides to run again. It would definitely be interesting. I wonder if Trump would run again.. A lot of people would support and maybe he can accomplish somethings in the next 4 years that would make him more qualified then he already is. But thanks for clarifying, I thought u were shading Bernie. Bernie is in extremely good health & he's been an athlete all his life & he can still play sports today! He's already pretty old but age is just a number I feel the same way, and plus, he's a good role model for the elderly. My grandfather waited years to get a hip replacement but Bernie inspired him to live life to the fullest and he got it done.

I hope they both run again tbh, Tho Trump would have a harder time winning again because part of his brand is winning and his outrageous campaign would be hard to repeat. I too really hope Bernie decides to run again, I really admire him a lot and think he'd be a great president.

Bernie however is a high profile candidate & Hillary Clinton is very disliked so it would be like 2016 again & I think the corrupt campaign finance system will be long gone by then + Open Primaries everywhere + same day registration + no IDs so he would drag her easily. When u put it like this, I need it to happen. And don't forget many Bernie supporters (including myself) were to young to vote this time but by 2020, they'll be old enough. socotra 3,357
Assuming Hillary Clinton serves 2 terms and Bernie Sanders launches a second presidential campaign in 2024 and wins, he would be inaugurated at 83 years, 4 months, and 13 days – around 13 years older than Reagan was at inauguration day (but interesting to note that Hillary Clinton will become the 2nd-oldest president should she win). This is not unprecedented in world politics or even in Congress. Israel's president retired two years ago after serving into his 90s. Zimbabwe's current president is 92. Texan Ralph Hall was 92 when he retired from Congress in 2015. John McCain turns 80 next month. There are 13 senators above the age of 75, of which Bernie is not a part of (he's 74). If he won in 2024 and served one term, he'd exit office at age 87 years, and 91 if he served two terms. It's not totally crazy if you look at our own Congress (not equating the pressures of a Congressperson with the Presidency, but nonetheless). #FeelTheBern2024

But you're right, even if he had to wait until 2024, he could still do it. And ur post is very inspiring, thank you.
