Usually big cats have separate section with electric fences and such, so they won't attack herbivores in the zoo. And warning sign to close windows shut and lock the doors. But some people doesn't heed the warning for whatever reason. I think this is just pure accident and a foolish one, they knew where they are but still proceed walking out of the car.
