I acknowledge her short comings on a daily basis and despite not needing to, have explained why I'm voting for her numerous times, so have a lot of people on here   

I dont love Clinton. I voted for Bernie in my state easily. But I know that not voting for Hillary will result in Trump with total confidence. Trying to convince people to do the same (or vote third party/not vote at all ) will also result in Trump. Was the DNC wrong? Yes. Is Hillary corrupt in some ways? Yes. Does she have good traits? Yes (unless you just disagree with everything Bernie ever stood for  )

Im not going to waste time being upset over Bernie losing and neither is he; he realizes the gravitas of our current predicament and is taking the steps to combat the threat. We fought, we lost. "Establishment won!" or whatever you wanna call it. Maybe im just being pessimistic here, but we have a collective action problem. Enough people are selfish enough to want to save their own skins that they won''t work towards the greater good. This is applicable to the idea that a vote for Hillary is a vote for establishment, as well as the idea that a vote to maintain the establishment will hold the union in check long enough to push for change in the future. Lose the battle, win the war, etc. I see it as the latter..

Some of us can afford to vote with our consciences, but I'm not gonna sell people less fortunate than I down the river just so I can sleep better at night. In fact for me, that's not even my reasoning. I know that Trump's policies would actively work against me and my family and my friends as a person who lives at many intersections. For a lot of people out there, especially minorities, pragmatism makes perfect sense, its not even a discussion. 

If there is no "righteous" choice available (and there isn't, Jill Stein, Gary Johnson, they all have their "evils" if you do some research  ), choosing to do nothing and damning others to live with the consequences of your inaction seems to me a less moral decision than being pragmatic about the reality of the political climate and putting the needs of many above your own... in fact, that's not even what's happening here considering one candidate believes in what you believe in and the other literally doesnt  

Yes, you CAN do whatever you want; you have no obligation to vote for Hillary Clinton. But at least be honest, idealism here will literally not benefit you or anyone else who believes in the same things you do in any tangible way and it WILL hurt them. At least admit that, otherwise you should look in a mirror before you call others "willfully blind"

Well your state is actually a swing state, your vote might matter. I don't see the point in voting when the super delegates already handpicked Hilary over Bernie.

What? Your vote would be in the general election. 

Super Delegates go with the candidate that has the most delegates, and that was Hillary. In 2008, it was Obama.
