I don't think it will pan out that way though. Cruz is nothing but snake for claiming to be this bible toting Christian. He had his supporters fooled the whole time. He said he would honor his word and back the GOP candidate. He lost so much support, but I don't think he had that much to begin with. He basically cheated the entire campaign season. Oh, it was political suicide and I loved every second of his slow death As a Republican I cant stress enough how much I despise the ground he touches and the carbon he breaths out into my world. He obvously was trying to have a Regan moment and set him self up for 2020. And then he doubled down on itte next day. He will never be president of the United States after that. Not because of his political views, but because he stood up for what he belived in, and was not bullied by his party to support Trump. That's quite admirable. Good for him.
