Make Me sounds kinda dated and Britney's vocals (or who ever is singing tbh) don't match the song. BUT it's a bop and, if i were drunk, i'd enjoy it. On the other side, Rise is probably one of katy's worst songs to date. Prism reject. God, why doesn't she come back to her best, aka Thinking of You? Why does she make this mega basic and try hard song? Mess. I'll go with britney, but both songs are basic and bland. But at least Make Me is enjoyable.
