Not her team but maybe someone from her label without her consent or from her teams specifically her manager Larry. Britney's team have tried many times to shut down PerezHilton.com when he slammed her viciously in 2007 when she was vulnerable, depressed, suicidal, and broken but they weren't able to shut his site down.
