Which is why Hotel tried taking it to Season one but ended up doing a Horror-less Coven (Gory Scenes but zero horror) Gaga's character was flawed in writing. And probably because they tried centering it on her even though her character is very limited to the actual storyline. Ryan said they initially wrote Gaga's main character story to 2-3 episodes. And later decided to extend it to a full character revealingg parts of her development in all episodes. But we never really got a full character development with her story. And the team has said that they had to cut so much out of the show (including major turning points in the Countess's character) to fit into 12 episodes. I've never heard that! I know that the plan for the character changed a few times, but as it's presented, what is flawed? It was on an article that talked about the 'Venus' deco being a nod to Lady Gaga. I personally think the Countess is a phenomenal character. But I'm just saying I wish her character got more intervened in the main story apart from abducting Holden and dying at the hands of his father. The countess had 2 or maybe 3 nice moments during the show but that's it.
