Meanwhile just the opposite happens. Most people are afraid of suing the rich due to the pure fact that they know nothing can or will happen. Not to mention most of those accusations aren't really large accusations. Suing a rich person over medical damages or a car wreck or something is something I can see. Suing Trump over rape? That is not a joke for money. It could be a legitimate death sentence for this girl if it is found out who she is and this case becomes popular. Also, as I and many other would remind you: rape has nothing to do with sex. It's power and control. Your entire post makes you seemed like you're either pressed, or awful at making a joke. So you're saying that the press should report on every single lawsuit brought against a political candidate and treat it as legitimate or at least justified enough to ruin a political candidates run for presidency, even if it turns out false. you find it possible that this girl would be killed for her accusation, and yet don't find it believable that someone would sue trump erroneously. You believe the more far-fetched possibility, murder, but not the milder one, a lawsuit. Okay. Not everybody has the same mental capacity as you or I and certainly there have been thousands upon thousands of lawsuits if not more against people in power, regarding all sorts of aspects. Rape is not some sacred subject that people refuse to touch, especially not to politicians who can and do resort to any kind of tactic they can to discredit their opponent, including cases like this..
