That can get you fired or sanctioned at worst, but she's no longer working there and sanctions would be overkill. Maybe a fine. Considering she had no malicious motives and there is no clear evidence of security breaches, then prosecuting under gross negligence is also unwarranted as there is no legal precedent. And any kind of mega top-secret US government information that is shared digitally is coded anyway, so even if something top-secret gets hacked, it's hard to crack the codes and get the real info unless the hacker was also in the loop on the code being used. Do you honestly think that, when it comes to top-top-top secret stuff, White House officials send and receive regular emails? Like when they were about to get Osama, do you think someone sent Hillary an email saying "Dear Mrs. Clinton, could you please come down to the Situation Room in the White House, we're about to kill Osama"?
