Loretta Lynch was appointed by Bill Clinton in 1999 to be the United States District Attorney of NYC. So her & him obviously have some history together! 2. Bill Clinton ran into Ted Cruz not too long ago at an airport (according to CNN today), and had a conversation with him as well. So I guess him & Cruz were colluding too huh?!? While an obvious dumb move in this regard, considering the ongoing investigation at the moment & the down right crazy presidential campaign we are currently in right now...! This is hardly SCANDALOUS considering the facts, but oh yeah I forgot - FACTS don't matter in this campaign. Which is not even legal since its all public property Just to further expound on this @JbGaga Loretta Lynch the Attorney General (the highest law enforcement officer in the country in charge of the Dept of Justice) meets privately with Bill Clinton ... someone who she is investigating (not just the husband of the person she is investigating). This by every state and federal statue is totally illegal and criminal. For example if you are ever in a trial ... and you met for 10 min at a restaurant with the presiding judge. You and the judge would be indicted ... even if you weren't doing anything wrong. If you are ever involved in a court case and you see the judge walk down the hallway leaving the bathroom or his office ... he will do everything to avoid you and not speak with you ... for this same reason. But, I automatically assume that whatever some of you are saying is not the truth just based on the amount of hostility in your posts. That much emotion seems incompatible with reason. Maybe I'm wrong and your posts are accurate, but it would really help if we could make our points without insulting each other, because that does more to hurt your causes than help them. It's ironic, but the natural reaction to being told that you are "ignorant" is to assume the person telling you that is ignorant, and so you'll never convince anyone of anything that way. There is nothing to debate here and people blowing this issue out of proportion are clearly not invested in being convinced of anything. People already realize that this was meeting was unethical and Loretta has already stated she will accept the findings of the FBI investigation so any further scrutiny is nothing more than another round of "Trash the Clintons". It's ignorant nothing more and nothing less to believe people would publicly engage in backroom deals. Hillary did not have to meet with the FBI at all, but agreed to do so once all the information was gathered. The three and a half hour interview was held this morning. Out of the tens of thousands of e-mails she sent, a few deletions here and there are bound to happen.
