Yeah, so some would say should sHOULDNT HAVE DELETED ANY OF THEM BUT HER AND (some of) HER FOLLOWERS ARE ACTUALLY SLOW

It's none of your business what she deletes. You're not required to turn over personal e-mails if you used the State Department server either.

Where was your outrage when every Republican to hold office deleted their e-mails? "They're not running for president" .. well they ****ing were presidents so that's a thousand times worse.

Man just admit this is part of your irrational animus towards Hillary and be done with it. You hold her to some ridiculous standard and I'm frankly done coddling this attitude.

Except when she houses state secrets on an insecure f*cking sever that was unnecessary in the first place!!

Treason is not irrational animus, just admit that you're a sheep and lets move on.

The server was not insecure. Stop implying it wasn't when you probably don't even understand how computer security functions beyond your anti-virus. The server was a mistake but according to Hillary it was due to the State Department's extremely outdated systems that basically cannot let her do her job efficiently in the 21st century. After reading dozens of articles about the State Department I don't even fault her for doing it anymore.

Also treason? You're kidding right? There clearly is no hostile motive from Hillary. It was a choice of convenience not malice. She wasn't going to distribute classified information or leak them.

That's all you do though. You call people sheep while ironically failing to realize that you're the one being a willing pawn of the Republicans.

The one who should move on is you. A year of me showing you fact after fact as you dismiss them due to paranoia or insistence to remain in ignorance. One would think by now you would stop being such a hater.

You aren't smarter than anyone else just because you're an independent. The longer I'm involved in the US political process the more I carry a disdain for passive leeches like you who do nothing to help the country as you enjoy the benefits it has afforded you.

You're right. It's Republicans' fault that Hillary is currently under investigation for her negligence with state secrets. Yup. You're so intelligent and you transcend media bias. Bravo.

Hardly. The implication that she must be a criminal because she's under investigation is the Republican misconception that you are all too eager to follow.

I've shown you dozens of articles that show that an indictment is not likely to happen because of precedent and lack of motive but you continue to call her a criminal despite the fact that she has never once been charged with a crime.

The only puppet here is you.

"Nearly 2,100 emails on the server were retroactively marked as classified by the State Department, including 65 emails deemed "Secret" and 22 deemed "Top Secret". Government policy, reiterated in the non-disclosure agreement signed by Clinton as part of gaining her security clearance, is that sensitive information should be considered and handled as classified even if not marked as such."

The server was not insecure. Stop implying it wasn't when you probably don't even understand how computer security functions beyond your anti-virus.

"In 2008, before Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State, Justin Cooper, a longtime aide to Clinton's husband, former President Bill Clinton, managed the system. Cooper had no security clearance or expertise in computer security.

Security experts such as Chris Soghoian believe that emails to and from Clinton may have been at risk of hacking and foreign surveillance. Marc Maiffret, a cybersecurity expert, said that the server had "amateur hour" vulnerabilities. For the first two months after Clinton was appointed Secretary of State and began accessing mail on the server through her Blackberry, transmissions to and from the server were apparently not encrypted.

Former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency Michael T. Flynn, former United States Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, and former deputy director of the Central Intelligence Agency Michael Morell have said that it is likely that foreign governments were able to access the information on Clinton's server. Michael Hayden, former Director of the National Security Agency, Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency said "I would lose all respect for a whole bunch of foreign intelligence agencies if they weren't sitting back, paging through the emails."

Clinton's server was configured to allow users to connect openly from the Internet and control it remotely using Microsoft's Remote Desktop Services. It is known that hackers in Russia were aware of Clinton's non-public email address as early as 2011.

In 2012, according to server records, a hacker in Serbia scanned Clinton's Chappaqua server at least twice, in August and in December 2012. During 2014, Clinton's server was the target of repeated intrusions originating in Germany, China, and South Korea. Threat monitoring software on the server blocked at least five such attempts. The software was installed in October 2013, and for three months prior to that, no such software had been installed.

In 2013, Romanian hacker Marcel Lehel Lazăr ("Guccifer") distributed private memos from Sydney Blumenthal to Clinton on events in Libya."

Just to further expound on this @JbGaga

Loretta Lynch the Attorney General (the highest law enforcement officer in the country in charge of the Dept of Justice) meets privately with Bill Clinton ... someone who she is investigating (not just the husband of the person she is investigating). This by every state and federal statue is totally illegal and criminal.

For example if you are ever in a trial ... and you met for 10 min at a restaurant with the presiding judge. You and the judge would be indicted  ... even if you weren't doing anything wrong. If you are ever involved in a court case and you see the judge walk down the hallway leaving the bathroom or his office ... he will do everything to avoid you and not speak with you ... for this same reason.

Its illegal for them to have met. They are both lifetime lawyers  ... they know the laws. Bare minimum Loretta Lynch needs to recuse herself.

Thank you! Its so obvious its Illegal. Cant believe some people here are defending it.

Of course not. Hillary is still ahead in the polls and is the nominee. There will be no charges, so it's over.
