Sad how some people can't appreciate Gaga without tearing down someone else I mean, the comparison makes zero sense, even in your explanations. If you're comparing live acts then compare Gaga to someone who's famous for having spectacular live acts

I guess people here don't want to make fair comparisons because they're scared Gaga will appear less than goddess better-than-literally-everyone legendary icon blah blah Pathetic.

I think it is not a fair comparison, but I also kind of agree with you. I was watching Rihanna's performance in Rio a while ago and there was an enourmous difference between her and Gaga. And I wasn't even trying to compare them, but I'm used to watching Gaga give 150% everytime. I like Rihanna and love ANTi, but I just felt there could be more effort in her performances. She has improved vocally though so I'll give her that. She chooses to perform that way and that's okay. If people like it it's good. It would be boring if every performer were the same that's why there's room for all these pop girls. 

As for FH you have to understand that these girls were suppose to be solo artists, the way they auditioned, but the judges decided that they wouldn't make it on their own so they put them together and formed a group. They all have unique voices, but they don't have much control over what they will sing or do. The people behind them are pushing them in a direction THEY want, not what the girls want. Unfortunately, not everyone can have as much freedom as someone like Madonna or Gaga to some extent. Their performances also might seem lackluster because there's no special chemistry between them. Camilla, the one with the squeeky voice has already started to branch outside of the group and recording songs. They won't last. It's just a matter of time before they disband. 

So to put it into perspective, these girls were put together in a band although they never wanted to be in a band. So they work with what they got. I think they are great, talented ladies and wish them the best.

Why would you compare them at the first place ? They have nothing to do with one another. 

Plus, let them have the time of their lifes. They are successful as from now, no one knows if they're going to be as successful ? Who knew gaga would receive backlash for ARTPOP? No one. 

I think they're fun to listen to and they've grown one of the biggest fan bases out of nowhere

Why is this even a thread?  5H are in a different game to Gaga, they're doing completely different things. Well... Gaga isn't doing anything but

No need to compare other artists like this. The thread is just dissing and roping Gaga into the comparison.
