And also, this is a club. What could go wrong in a club full of drunk people shooting across the room?

Right, someone could get shot... oh wait. There's a chance you take out the shooter.

I highly doubt this would have happened and exactly why I strongly dislike this movement. Not every moment of your life needs a gun.

One of my co-workers brings a gun to work everyday. Even if we do have someone who were to enter the building, he is not supposed to attack because of our company policy. So what's the point of the gun? Literally nothing.

That is that company's policy, but that isnt the way it is everywhere.

Which I quite understand. However, why is he bringing his gun into our place if he can't do anything with it?

People who are obsessed with guns scare the **** out of me. It's cool to know how to work a gun and all but quite the scary obsession.

And, fun fact, you are five times more likely to be killed if the workplace allows guns. Not my cup of tea.

How could it be worse?. 49 people were killed and 50 some injured. If someone shoots the guy that could have saved a lot of people.

I just think its ridiculous to bring up someone shooting across the room and worrying about that when you have another person slaughtering 50 people.

But you really have no proof of that. Someone shooting the gun could have sparked outrage with the shooter and he could have shot more people.

There's no factually based ideas. Just something you think could have possibly maybe could have probably not happened.

The Good Guy With A Gun belief doesn't hold according to empirical evidence. Most people don't get involved and only think of themselves.

Didn't someone use a gun to kill the shooter? :hmm:

And kill others as well. Could've been more than 50 killed....

I don't know why your coworker does that, but Ill bet those people in Pulse wish he could have been there to give them a chance. It took hours, Ill bet they were wishing there was someone else that had a gun to defend them. I know I would have.

Okay, in that case I'll present another example. Let's try again:

This man scares you? :air:

Now it's just becoming insensitive.
