Should Leona Lewis have released 'Glassheart' as a single ?

I was just looking through her stats in Russia and I saw that one of her 3 hits in Russia was the album title track Glassheart which peaked at #38 , spending some good 19 weeks in the top 100 as well despite never being released as a single

should it have been released as a single back in 2012?
