i don't see your point. poor girl was making a statement (a controversial one, apparently, because she dared to politicize the issue) and sent out her prayers without directly mentioning the LBGTQ community—all this with good intentions. how did her "fanbase" respond? naturally, little monsters jumped at her and ripped her apart. excuse me if i hope that LG5 will wipe out the overly dramatic and overly critical fans, so **** like this could never happen again. she deserves better fans. that's my opinion. :diane:

Your completely ignoring her very first tweet here.... :air:

I actually think its petty to come for her for not talking to the LGBT community.

Why is it her fans falt that she said something STUPID?

Why does she she deserve better fans for acting inappropriately?

Why is it not ok to voice our displeasure with her actions? Is she not human? Does she not make mistakes?

Why is it not ok to condem her for **** ups?

Im so tired of this stan Mentality. Let her face the consiquences of her actions. Stop protecting her. Shes an adult. Those who will follow her after will and if anyone dosent oh well

She probably didnt know it was a terror attack, but why not? I dont know anything about american politics but if hillary wants to change the gun law its the right opportunity.

she could have easily tweeted a comment about enforcing tighter gun control laws without hashtagging #VoteHillary. It was her first tweet and makes the aim of her tweets look like a ****ing advertisement that's insensitive to the victims and the community.

Personally speaking, I come from a country where shootings occur daily, maybe not mass shootings or in the name of religion but they are important and impact on us greatly. Politicians in my country are complete sh*t, as they are in many other includig the U.S. and they don't deserve fanatism from citizens that they are going to forget about after they get their votes. This kind of issues go beyond a candidate. Yes, the president of nation holds the greatest power to be able to change these things, but everything has a time and a place. And this was not it. We, at least myself, would have reacted same way whether it was gaga or not, whether she was supporting Hillary or any other.

Her not directly mentioning the LGBT community fine,it comes across as weird but it doesn't lower her message. What lowers it, in my opinion, is that Hillary was higher on her thoughts. Again, I despise politicians and hate that some people worship them blindly, in her case apparently for money.

The thing about the guns is that most of the weapons owned by radicals and criminals are illegal, and in the event of disarming the population these weapons won't be confiscated, so that would leave people completely unprotected. I agree partially with you but the bigger issue is the people behind the guns. MENTAL HEALTH, that's what I think of when these things happen.

Then tell me, how many lives did the right to bear arms save in these kind of situations?  I won't say that forbidding these weapons will fix the problem, of course the main problem is mental health and the terrorist ideology behind those criminals, but these attacks do happen more often in the US with a reason. Mass shootings belong more easily to the options for those mental ill people and I really wonder if fighting guns with guns is the best solution.

Gaga is calling for ACTION...I don't know what some of you are not understanding. She doesn't have to tweet about our community everyday to show she cares. If you don't think she cares then the problem is within you, not her.

If she can't acknowledge us when the largest shooting in U.S. history directed toward SOLELY the community takes place then I don't really know when she will. There has never been a better opportunity to do so. In fact, I don't know if it would've ever made as much sense as it does right now. Her leaving that little detail out isn't a mistake. No, she doesn't have to tweet about us every day, and trust me, she doesn't anymore, but this was one time that it is undeniably justified & she paid us dust.

So her other tweets don't mean anything just because she didn't specify LGBT? Please, your logic is really tragic. i didn't realize you could get inside of gaga's mind and heart but okay

The fact that some of you are defending her is laughable at best and extremely worrying at the worst. It was wrong of her to use this tragedy to promote Hillary. I thought most people here were mature enough to know how politicians are never the solution to anything. The fact that anyone's thoughts would jump towards "vote Hillary" after hearing of this tragedy is immature. You think anyone affiliated with extremists cares about gun controls? If that murderer wanted to kill so many people that's what he'd have done regardless of laws. So, yeah, Gaga, that was incredibly insensitive, immature, and very stupid. I expected better of you. I thought you were unlike other popstars who use the LGBT community for their own agenda, I really thought you were for real, and I do think you are so take care about what you post to millions of people publicly.

The tweets are nice and I'm glad she said something at all, but she is still evading an important detail. Why she did so can be debated. This would've never happened a few years ago, and quite frankly, it shouldn't be happening now. I don't need to be inside her heart or mind to realize what is in front of me. lol. I'm not going to blindly worship everything she does and says.
