Besides 'pray for her family', what's that gonna do? Praying is gonna change nothing. They should grieve and mourn, instead they ask for prayers. It's sad how God has such a huge influence on dealing with someone's death. God doesn't even exist and yet they play such a part in the mourning process.

let people grief and believe what they believe, dont be ignorant just because you have a different believe

be an open-minded person, the important thing here is christina, not the religion stuff your'e talking about, be respectful

and how do you know if God doesn't exist?

i'd personally rather believe his existance and find out that he does not exist when im dead

than not believing at all, and finding out that he truly exist.

Lol I'll be okay honey, since I won't even know you would be laughing when I die  And I don't know 100% sure God isn't real. Same like I won't be 100% sure goblins aren't real. Also I ain't 100% sure magic isn't real. There is always a chance they would exist, but in my opinion that chance is like 0.0001%, so it's ignorable. I will have more proof than you to prove my claims of God not being real with common sense, physics, science. The only thing you can cling to is the Bible. I think you have to be more openminded regarding life (whereas I should be more openminded about religion, but you gotta understand I hate seeing people waste their time over something like a God, and life truly would be better without religion)   Anyway, if there was a God, wouldn't he find a way to show us he was real, by now? And if let's say he is real, would he really blame me for not believing his existence? Why would he punish me if there is like zero proof of his existence? So no, I am not losing anything at the end   How do you know he exists? The Bible? Your parents taught you? You think there is something like a Heaven, angels, Satan, Adam and Eve? Anyway, the Bible can easily be disproven, so without the Bible, what would your proof be that God is real? You have heard him talk to you? You have seen him? I don't even like talking about this, because religious people are stubborn like atheists. But at least me and fellow atheist people know we are right, and it will take time (like 10 generations) before religion will be almost disregarded as a concept. I know almsot nobody can change you opinion, because you have heavily been influenced by family, friends, god knows what. At least I can say myself I have given religion a chance. My parents made me chose whatever I wanted to believe in. I did try to be religious as a kid, but at the end I could just see thru it and notice how big of a scam it is. Too bad when you die, I won't be able to say: 'I told you so' in a so-called Heaven, so have a nice wonderful life believing in God.

Firstly, I just sad I find it sad how he spoke more about God than Christina herself.

Secondly, this is not a message I sent to him personally, since I would never do that to someone. I placed this on a forum.

Thridly, I am not an attentionseeker or jerk, I confess my 'religious people ' was poor wording, but in no way did I mean it in an offensive way. I meant it like: 'geez these religious people speaking more about god than about their lost family member'. For you that still may be an disgusting remark, but it actually isn't. I just point out how scary it is, we give so much time to God, when writing about their deceased friend,etc
