Adele is probably the worst example he can give. Anyway he sounds too pretentious and music snobs are the worst imo so he can keep his opinions.

Agree 100%. He's pretty much spot on in his comments, even in his questioning of Adele's studio recorded vocals. In this day and age, it's pretty much impossible to hear a Top 40 radio hit that has not had some "polishing" done to the vocal, no matter how capable the artist may be. It's simply the sound we have come to expect today. 

But, he totally called out the wrong person. Adele can sing every note of her songs live on stage (have heard it myself in a small venue years ago).
