It's interesting because you know Colton Haynes …
Do I …

Do you?
The worst.

But you know he talked about coming out. He didn’t actually say he was gay.
That's not coming out. That's ****ing ***** ********. That's like, enough people assume that I sleep with men, so I'm just going to slightly confirm the fact that I've sucked a **** or two. That's not doing anything for the little gays but giving them more masturbation material.

Is there a gay community in Hollywood?
I don't know. The weird, closeted element of L.A. is large.

The glass closet?
Yes. Hilarious. There was a kid who guested on our show. He was flirting with me so blatantly, to the point where he asked me out a few times. At one point I turned to him and was like, Are you gay? And he was like, Well ... I don't know. I'm more like, go with the flow. And I was like, Shut the **** up. Get out of my face with your wishy-washy ******** answer. You're a ****ing ******. Like, I know you are. You know you are. Stop beating around the bush. Just go make out with me in my dressing room.

Is there an industry network?
Yeah. Bryan Singer likes to invite little boys over to his pool and diddle them in the ****ing dark of night. [Laughs.] I want nothing to do with that. I think there are enough boys in L.A. that are questionably homosexual who are willing to do things with the right person who can get them in the door. In New York there is a healthy gay community, and that doesn't exist in L.A.

"Little boys" :air:

Anyway, the way he (Noah) talks definitely annoys me. Wishy-washy? He's like a gay extremist. Sexuality is complicated, and I don't support people shoving others in labels and equating uncertainty or a rejection of stereotypical labels (about which you can ask yourself a lot of valid questions) with a lack of strength or identity or whatever. Lamest bs in the world.

Also, Colton Haynes said he was out in his personal life for a long time, but just wasn't sure about letting the rest of the world know. That's logical, and not an everyday situation so that deserves respect imo. This guy is a toolbag.

Honestly **** him, coming out is a personal experience and to attack a person's way of doing it is disgusting, things like this scare people from coming out.

Is this old? Because Colton did came out. First he only gave a little hint and then he fully came out on an interview. I mean he didn't say "I'm a flamboyant homosexual" but he did say he was coming out and that it took him a while to do it publicly.

He went IN on Bryan Singer and the Gay Pool-Party stuff :laughga: Expose ha tbh.

His bit about Hollywood being weird about gays compared to NY, and the whole "glass closet" thing, its certainly an interesting phenomenon... I've always kind of wondered, there seem to be a lot of 20 something male actors who give off an extremely "gay" vibe but they always play teenage straight "twinks" in B-rated Dramas and have massive female followings. It reminds me of Female Asian Idols having to be single to appeal to their straight male fans tbh :rip:

I do appreciate that he wants to make his character be more than a mere stereotype of gay people, and hes not wrong at ALL about Cam from Modern Family; its a criticism I've always had, but I don't think its that detracting when you have the fact that Mitch is there too, and while they can be a bit similar, Mitch is there to show us that not all gay men are idk, stereotypes? I'd argue they are both "stereotypes" A lot of the humor involving both characters IS directly related to them being gay; what isn't is either them being parents of an asian daughter or them navigating with the rest of the dysfunctional, diverse extended family. He obv. has nothing against the character himself, or the actor, but I don't see a problem with criticizing it in the bigger picture.

He was way too crass about someone else's coming out experience though, not everyone has it like he had it and not everyone feels safe being out to the world, like just because you came out @ 14 :rip: Colton's been "out" for a long time, like several years, just not entirely. I got mixed signals from this. He's crass, and kinda rude, but also not entirely wrong about everything? :saladga:
