Politico is a valid and respected news source. It does not compare to blog posts by full time haters or biased news sources that are extreme far left or right.

I don't care how many times it's repeated, "Bernie is bitter" is not news Division in his camp is interesting but, again, this article gives no useful (and definitely not unbiased) estimate of it, so what's the news value here?

It isn't an opinion piece. There are quotes and emails from campaign managers and directors. This article is a news piece. If falls in line with other news pieces that are posted in this section.

It's about what was happening around the New York Primary and with the Nevada fallout. Many believed that Jeff Weaver was driving the campaign into the ground, but it is doesn't look like that was the case. There were several big strategic mistakes made along the way and this is a look at what happened behind those decisions. 

This article is just the first of many, by the way. As Bernie's campaign comes to an end, people will naturally look at what went wrong and there will be articles about it. The major news outlets will discuss it. They did the same with Hillary eight years ago.

I read the whole thing, yes.

The claims of Bernie's aides were interesting but with no estimation at all of how many were contacted and how they represent his campaign team, it's of no value whatsoever, especially when all the author does is connect those quotes to prefabricated opinions, which are the main points of the article

I'd appreciate a better article that analyzed the campaign's evolution, but this isn't it.

That's pretty typical. There are quotes and an email from directors in the campaign.

Your whole thread about the Armani jacket is an opinion piece base on the author's theory. It's a supposition piece not based on fact and thinly veiled as a news article in the NY Post. The NY Post is owned by Rupert Murdoch. He also owns Fox News.

I didn't say anything on you thread because honestly who cares about a stupid jacket and why it was so important to you to post. However, since you are making such a big deal out of this thread, it needs to be said. And I'm now going to leave the same comment over there.

While the jacket was originally worth $12k it's been on sale for a while now at $7k. It's still a lot of money for a jacket, but no one knows when she purchased the jacket and she wore it a day or two ago for the first time. So already the price of $12k has a big question mark attached to it. I think we all know this gif fits here perfectly.

Then the article goes on to say, 'And there’s a good chance that cash is coming out of her own pocket. For example, no designers are actively promoting that she’s wearing their labels.'

Please explain to me how the statement above can be considered a fact. The author gave a theory and expects you to come to the same conclusion as he did. (That she paid for the jacket).

Then you go on to say it was reported by all the news outlets, Though that was true, there was no fact checking done by any of the news outlets and those other news outlets were just quoting the NY Post article. 

Then you go on to ask people opinions on a derogatory article based on a theory created by the author. LOL Then here you say you don't have an agenda. LOL

In a comment a week ago, I stated that I thought it was Weaver that was giving Bernie bad advice, but now I think they feed off of each other. Money, power and fame can run people off their course. Bernie let it all go to his head...but he was always a one note politician anyways. The downfall was when he couldn't even expand on his one major topic of the campaign. That, and he never appealed greatly to minorities, which a Democrat has to have to win a nomination.

Yeah, Bernie needed to stop preaching about "THE BILLIONAIHS!" and getting people to shout for a revolution during every. ****ing. speech. and. debate. 

I love the guy, still support him, but his expressions became so one-note that even I was left rolling my eyes a lot. 

Hillary's an infinitely better speaker. Bernie has ideas I think we should go hard and strong at, but he needed to show people that he can handle issues in more ways than just yelling, lol.

If Bernie showed more diversity in public speaking skills and let on that he actually is able to compromise, I think he could have had the election tbh. He made it this close going up against Clinton- a very well-known name. It's actually really amazing he even made it this far against her, considering where they both started. He let his initial marketing strategy and emotions get the best of him.

Bernie did amazingly well for having his first impression being "an old white socialist jew" to most people compared to freaking Hillary Clinton; a name EVERYONE knows   The only thing they had on him was that he was a "Socialist" or somehow a "communist" or that he was "too idealistic", I was a hardcore Bernie stan, I voted for him in my state and argued on his side all of the time. That being said, I never blindly hated Hillary or anything, I've always opposed her stance on war, the environment (fracking), the path to racial equality, etc. etc.  

But I became more and more weary of his approach in the last 2-3 months of the primaries for the reasons you have made. He also, like Whispering said, should have done more to secure the minority vote. I honestly think he could've cinched the primary and definitely the general election if he had done so. It's sad really

It is really sad. I'm genuinely upset Hillary beat him. But the fact is that Hillary appeals to a rational voter, Bernie to an idealistic. I'd rather take the world by storm, hence my Sanders support, but there's something to be said for the fact that our Democratic party was so split on two very admirable candidates.
It shows me that this party has people who want so hard for the world to be better and will fight hard to create a country that cares about its citizens (Bernie supporters), and people who want to achieve improvement with experience and tact (Hillary supporters). Combined, I feel we can do great things. 

If Hilldawg had the Bern as her Vice President that'd be one hell of a combination.

That's irrelevant though. The cooperation can supersede the figureheads and ultimately that's what matters.
