Thanks, I appreciate that! I just don't want anyone to misinterpret these posts. I'd like to be able to remain active and not have to worry about everything I say being spread as a fact, both on here and anywhere else I may post. I try and change my tone/wording when I'm relaying actual information vs when I'm simply spitballing with other members.

I haven't heard anything since last month. She met with the label, and there are future meetings on the books taking place very soon. They're still working out a release date, which has always been planned for late 2016. Nothing has been pushed back or scrapped.

I'm glad to hear Gaga didn't scrap anything.  This means that everything people have been melting down over is pure speculation.

Actually that's what I was thinking the other day when RedOne was whinning. Maybe Gaga wanted to create the MAGIC with RedOne (melody, lyrics) and then give it a much better production alá Mark Ronson and hope SO!

Not surprised by it at all.  I suppose it's easy to jump to conclusions when you hear all the contradicting details being spilled but to have a meltdown over something that isn't really confirmed is silly, if you ask me.

Yep. I noted as much a few days ago when RedOne started talking and confusing people; the same goes for what Elton recently said. Nothing can be pushed back or delayed because they never had a final date down in the first place, just a projected time frame.

Now that they're closer to this projected date (Q3 2016), they have a better idea of how to approach promotion, and the actual album release can be finalized. Not sure when that'll be, but wheels are most definitely turning.

I'm pretty sure Gaga's team pushed it back to Q4 because of the GRAMMY deadline. I don't think Gaga wants to compete with Adele & Beyonce at next year's GRAMMYs. Anways, is Q3 still the target date? Because that would make room for the lead single to be performed at the VMAs in August. Are you aware of the rumors surrounding Gaga performing at the Global Citizen Festival in September? Is this valid?

Bruno his releasing his album in November according to HDD. He's a huge threat. I'm also expecting Katy to release Q4. Ed Sheeran is also releasing too. So is Eminem. I just hope what Elton said abut "early next year" is completely inaccurate. I'm sure Interescope would somehow force Gaga to release before the holiday season to get those holiday sales in, am I not correct? I just hope she releases the ALBUM after the GRAMMY deadline on Sep 30. There's no way she's gonna win against Adele, Bey, Radiohead, etc. Maybe they could be aiming a release schedule like 25, single in October & album in November. I hope they don't wait too long after the single to put the album out. While on the GRAMMY topic, do you have an idea about what Gaga was planning to perform before she changed it to a Bowie Tribute? Also, are you aware of the rumors surrounding Gaga performing at the Global Citizen Festival in Sep by any chance? Have you heard anything about that?

There were a few ideas for her Grammy performance (one was a tribute to Beck), but they weren't set on anything when they decided to make it a Bowie tribute.
