Bobby works with her on a day to day basis he has more contact with her than interscope...it's him that's not encouraging her to treat music like a vocation and the focus of her life....he should discourage her from socialising or holidays till it's finished just work work till it's done. It's the entertainment industry you have to make sacrafices if she wants a work life balance get a job in a store or an office! She has her entire life post last 30s to garden and holiday...she should be as prolific as possible in her youth. I maintain it's bobbys laid back approach that's caused the delays it would 100 percent be out with a different manager. Interscope would have wanted it as soon as possible I bet.
