Eh...money complicates things. She traded in security, privacy, being able to trust, and being able to not be judged by every human that sees her for those millions and mansion. If this was Ricky Jervais and Tina Fey having the same conversation it would be interesting and hilarious." Not everything is all simple and black and white. Granted, people like this who feel so unfulfilled and jealous to the point of exploding with negative comments would love it to be as simple as that, for that's all their simple brains can manage. Does Gaga love art, creating, self-expression, her fans, building up a discography or work and ensuring she leaves a legacy for herself and her family? Yes. Does that mean she has to love fame? No. But she deals with it, better than most. You never see her falling out of nightclubs vomiting, you never hear constant terrible scandals. And this isn't because she just has a great team of people around her, it's because she has self-respect and is so grateful for where she's at that she would never compromise it for something stupid and shallow. All she said was that fame is isolating, and people in the comments start to b*tch and whine? Really? Of course fame is isolating. Either people refuse to learn anything about you, love to remain ignorant, and make horrible and untrue presumptions about you, or they love you so much to the point that they see you as some ethereal being. The problem with this? Millions, I repeat, millions of people don't see you as what you are, which is a living, breathing human being with a heartbeat and real, genuine feelings. The best thing that money does is that it frees you. But if these people really think that something like money and fame can make all your problems magically go away, and not at all give you new ones, then not only do they have the intellectual efficiency of a rock, but they're in for a shock. I feel sorry for them and their ignorance. If they ever became rich and famous they'd understand. They talk like cringeworthy martyrs who have it so hard that they don't realise that they're in the comfortable position where they don't have to understand. Instead of being in the spotlight and under scrutiny, which they obviously think they would be able to handle because they'd be 'rich and famous', they are the ones doing the scrutinising. They don't have to like Gaga, but when they talk like this it's embarrassing. There's a reason rich people say "more money, more problems." It's true. If you don't have shadows you're not standing in the light.

VOLANTIS 16,396
I'm not saying what she said was wrong but I believe she could have worded it better so people wouldn't be so easily jumping on to twist her words. It was kind of tragic imo. The BTWGa would never. I'll lift you 3 inches off the ground and drag you to a meter and a half

Sorry but that's what happens with hard work. All Gaga's life she wanted to be famous, she was a very talented singer/songwriter and that's what got her where she is today.
