Gaga would certainly rather have the support of a casual fan who appreciates her range in talent, than a 'little monster' saying she needs to hurry up and hand over her next pop album, is the point I was trying to make. 

Again its perfectly fine to not like where she's going, but just jump ship already because all the comments like those are just becoming clutter. 

Being a public figure I can't imagine how difficult it is having 2 million people chattering around you about how badly your decisions are and how you're going to fail miserably if you don't do X, Y or Z.

And then when you actually do X Y or Z its just beaten to S*** and you can't satisfy anyone 

I do agree with you, but on this part. You have to admit the fans actually stanned really hard by gaga when ARTPOP didn't appeal to the public. But still somehow gaga kind of ignores that fact as if it doesn't matter and somehow don't want to do that music ,that we loved and she acknowledges that, and rather do something "to correct her image" or to "appeal  for the public"!

This was a surprising piece of news. Of course it makes sense to release a jazz album in the run-up to Christmas, it wouldn't be right to release it in, say, January. Tony's also getting on a bit - they likely want this collab done and dusted just in case the worst happens. I doubt this one will be as promoted, however. I also doubt they'll tour with it. Even if they do, it'll probably be formatted like the last one - just a handful of dates, several months apart. They took 8 months to do 36 dates - I'm sure it'll fit around Gaga's new schedule. This album is just a fun collab at this point - the success of C2C was a bit of a one-off. I don't even think the label thought it would do as well as it did, so they spent more time on it. But any further collabs are likely going to be dealt with in a much more low-key way. The timing of this is obviously to start primping Gaga ahead of her solo comeback. So, even if you're not keen on her jazz endeavours, this news can only be all good at this point.

Okay, it's official. It's ****ing official. She's third place on my fav list. Below Britney and Ariana. Both of whom are more consistent with releasing pop music and performing it.

That is true and I also see it that way, but I think it looks totally different from Gaga's perspective. To you or me, people who liked ARTPOP and supported her entirely throughout that time, yeah we defended her and many others did too, but there was a very loud portion that didn't, and she definitely heard/saw what that portion had to say. Unfortunately she doesn't know each of us personally so we all get lumped together. So while I do get frustrated that the communication between her and us has dwindled to almost nothing, its also important to remember that she might just not trust us at the moment and we can only blame ourselves. It's sad but a lot of us really did hurt her in ways that I don't think she thought would ever happen. This fanbase grew so fast and ended up meaning so much to her. We weren't just fans; next to either Luc or Taylor, we became her greatest inspiration. 

Now that's not to say I think that she's totally over her fans. I think it's just going to take some time for her to fall back into it with us. But I definitely think time these just keep making it harder. She's said soooo many times how much she appreciates Jazz and how working with Tony LITERALLY healed her emotionally. I truly do not believe she started doing Jazz projects to appeal to the public. You can tell she genuinely loves singing it. 

I think that's why a lot of people are getting so defensive because its like...just let the girl do what she wants to do! Her whole message the past two years has been to pursue what you're passionate about, not what other people want you to do or what makes the most money.

Never in my LIFE would I have believed we'd get C3C before LG5. Now it seems like it could be the reality. I am appalled!!  This has to be some sort of joke. She is going to be known as a cover artist if this keeps up. I actually loved C2C so I don't mind a C3C as long as we get NEW MUSIC SOON. I am melting down so hard! Like this is ridiculous!! I will support her no matter what, but she has to realize that it's time to move on! I won't survive a new jazz era especially since things are already delayed from AHS!
