I feel like shes overthinking it. Like, its pop music gaga, not a social movement:saladga:

Not sure if it's mistake but i'm actually afraid for LG5 now :laughga: .Changing the album direction isn't a good sign:S

I just hope that all the producers who've worked on LG5,make it to the album (and that includes Redone and Nile Rodgers too):(

She's avoiding the mistake actually. These RedOne bops would make album gems and highlights of the next tour, but that's the last thing she needs in her career : recycling

I guess we have to wait and see but I'm happy with the direction Gaga has decided to go into Mark Ronson is a good producer.

God this is SO boring it hurts.

I think its a hybrid between PopGa and AnalogGa. Slowly fading into AnalogGa for LG6.

Mark Ronson is good at everything though and always makes great work.  RedOne only makes great work with Gaga.

Imagine how good Gaga and Ronson will be if she can bring the best out of someone who can't always bring the best

No way this is a mistake. RedOne pretty much said their tracks are not even a noteworthy departure from their previous collaborations. That's not a right move for her. I'm glad it seems like she's trying to do something new that will push her career forward. What puzzles me more actually is that she worked with him in the first place :rip:

So you don't want another Bad Romance level of slayage but you would be ok with another you and i or dope for example?

Preferably, I'd like both.

But what implied that it's going to sound like You and I or Dope? I said evolve 'especially with Tame Impala and Mark'; both have psychedelic/rock/funk/disco influences within their music and I'm here for that. Another 'Bad Romance slayage', IMO, is redundant as she already tried to do that with Judas. My point is that it would be boring and disappointing to see how far she has came with jazz/classics and then release a new song which sounds like something she has already done. Evolution, henny.

That wouldn't be a good move for Gaga :emma: oh well

This fanbase seems to like the same recycled songs, and yes, I want BR iconicness, but she can do it without the same electronic sounds

Redone hasn't produced a hit with any artist since like 2013/2012. his sound is expired and i doubt he has evolved much. Gaga probably realized this and ran :toofunny:

but in all seriousness, i hope she brought the best out of him and at least one of his songs make it.

Everyone seems to think with Gaga working with Mark that he's gonna make loads of boring ballads. Have you heard Amy Winehouse's Back to Black (which he exec produced)? There are lots of mid-tempo/more upbeat songs on it, such a Rehab, You Know I'm No Good, Tears Dry On Their Own (which he advised to make more upbeat, compared to the original demo on Lioness: Hidden Treasures), Addicted and ofc, Valerie (which appears on the deluxe edition). He has created other upbeat songs, the most obvious is Uptown Funk. So don't knock it, before you try it.

Also, it hasn't been said that Gaga has scrapped all the RedOne songs, just decided not to use it for the lead. Let's just give her a chance ffs :saladga:
