Bitter 3,640
RedOne's interview makes me wonder about LG5' musical direction. I feel that Gaga scrapped the dance songs from the album and she wants to make an album full of ballads and more "serious" tunes. C2C may have played a key role in all this and of course Adele's tremendous success might be another reason for her to change the initial musical direction. Discuss and feel free to protest for RedOne's exclusion from the album

mariomania1234 11,368
Not when you haven't even heard the album yet. Has it passed your mind that MAYBE the Ronson songs are FAR better?

The Surrealist 27,470
I honestly don't know where she is heading. All of her producers are versatile and it is hard to say what she is doing. I hope for a mix of both and cohesive tracks and music videos. A lot of you say she is pressured and she should care less about being perfect, but you should consider that this album is a make or break for Gaga. Mr Judas 4,106
What if she's actually avoiding the mistake Edit: She's defo not here for the 'serious' sound cuz of Adele and her success. Tops, she's happy for Adele. If at all she decides to make LG5 an album of ballads, then it's because of Gagas expression of music and not due any bias. gag 22,449
He said the songs are 'close' to what they've done before which is even more boring than her serving up a power ballad album TBH. I'd rather see ha evolve as a musician bringing up fresher tunes, especially with Tame Impala and Mark's help. If any of y'all want a another Bad Romance so bad just go listen to the original. headspin, happiness, DE̤̣A̢̯͔̘T͏͙̗̟̫H̗̙͡ͅ
kvnrp 48,353
I really don't know. While I was really excited for RedOneGa to come back, after he said that the new songs basically sound like the old ones just "evolved", I feel like that would just be not enough for Gaga (and for me, I don't need a basic Poker Face 2.0) I just hope we get at least some Pop and Disco bops, and doesn't fully go the 21/25 route with Ronson. LG5 is gonna be weird to think about until it really drops.
Andrew Warhola 12,992
I'm really happy with the direction she's taking. But just like Act II, I still want the leftovers to leak. she's a party girl with a bad habit for drugs

petty 9,412
jumping to conclusions much? let's not forget mark ronson has produced uptown funk, cold shoulder, valerie, locked out of heaven, rehab, etc. he's capable of producing up-beat pop songs without having a strong "electronic" sound to it. have some faith

Cheap thrills 1,282
I guess we have to wait and see but I'm happy with the direction Gaga has decided to go into Mark Ronson is a good producer.
