We know that there were multiple songs considered for the lead single of ARTPOP, such as Sexxx Dreams, so it's not really surprising that plans change. Things were probably delayed after she started working with Mark to see what they could up with. I'm sure that Gaga is fully aware how much people want to hear new GagaXRedOne stuff.

Well tbh, after all the performances she's done after the Oscars 2015, if she would essentially drop The Fame 2.0 a lot of the GP would be pissed.

While LG5 might not have a lot of RedOne tracks, I do hope that we at least get one or two songs from them

She is aware, but she has this stupid "rebellious spirit" where she wants to prove that she can do it without the thing that everyone tells her she should do.

This is the same reason she didn't release Gypsy because ballads were in at the moment and she is too edgy for that.

I was right for the FIRST moment! I knew it. He seems a bit mad tho, I think he knows she won't put any of the songs on the album. 

He does come across a little salty. Can't blame him though. I bet Gaga was the one who contacted him and now she's ditching him again.

I love how some of you think you know what the album sounds like already.

Gaga's producers always mold to HER sound. Not the other way around. 

Mark Ronson is more that just "Uptown Funk". Take a listen to his Record Collection album. It's fantastic.

Plus, we have Tame Impala and Blood Pop on board. We could honestly be in for her best songs to date. 

Also, I would't count RedOne out yet at all. Too much jumping to conclusions in this thread.

Really? Just because it's not EDM/dance doesn't mean it's boring  B2B is one of the most acclaimed albums of the last decade. And Gaga's style is completely different to Amy's. I mean you never heard Amy do a song like Upton Funk did you? 

It's more interesting to hear her collaborate with different producers. Her music get stale pretty quickly if she stuck to the same one album after album.

Things are pretty obvious and I'm only saying this: the single would have been out months ago produced by RedOne, but Bowie died and it influenced a lot on her. She probably got another vision and is now working with Mark Ronson, this doesn't say that the RedOne tracks won't make the final cut but one thing is sure, if I don't like the new music with LG5, I'm handing in my stan card and I'm done with Gaga. And this is MY opinion 

 

edit: I'm tired of this waiting and silence, almost 3 years and nothing, this is not acceptable. she is an artist and should at least spit something about the album like she spits taylor's ***
