Andrew Warhola 12,992
This has probably been discussed countless times on this forum, but who cares. I remember once reading a comment on a youtube video on Gaga's channel, with the theory that the lyrics to "Bad Kids" were initially meant to be: Don’t be insecure if your heart is pure You’re still good to me if you’re a f***** baby The plan was to replace the word with "bad kid baby" for the clean version, however they ultimately decided to scrap the original concept and stick with the clean version to avoid too much controversy (?) Though many people say they can still hear a bit of the original lyrics in the chorus. The proof was supposedly this video, where she conveniently sings over the demo, when the "bad kid baby" part arrives, because it probably still featured the original lyrics. Spoiler The word is "f*gg*t", btw, not "f*ck up" (??) she's a party girl with a bad habit for drugs
Didymus 34,379
I would sort of think it was pretty badass, actually But lbr, she would never. Ever.

Didymus 34,379
I think the biggest counterclaim is that the word f-ggot would just be completely incompatible with the rest of the lyrics. It's not about being gay. It's about being a lost cause and acting out.

Didymus 34,379
"That's Bad Kids!" Maybe she didn't recognize the song for a while and sang over the lyric because she finally heard what it was? I dunno
