OP: It's always cute to see people talk when they aren't the minority. I live in Chicago and the police haven't "stopped stopping suspicious people". What a bullshit statement. Instead we see innocent people being killed because they wear hoodies. What a crime. If they actually did their job and took in suspicious people instead of shooting them on the spot because "they felt threatened" or whatever this wouldn't be a problem. It also wouldn't be a problem if evidence of a death was hidden for years. But as always the victims are to blame right?

This has NOTHING to do with what I said in my statement  Hispanics aren't limited to Mexicans, THATS what made his tweet pathetic, since 5 de Mayo is celebrated by Mexicans just in case you know nothing about the holiday

Dear, Hispanic = People from countries who speak Spanish. He kind of is. Generalizations and trying to make a group look bad based off what individuals do is horrible. That's like saying Americans shoot up schools, like Muslims are terrorists, etc. Generalizations of people from a country, religion, etc. show ignorance. Same for the people who support statements like that.

Cinqo de Mayo is also celebrated by whites and many other cultures, it's not some obscure holiday. And most Hispanics in America are Mexican.

To be fair, nearly every comment on Trump's Cinqo de Mayo (and my Mexican stepmother) said the only people who actually celebrate Cinqo de Mayo is Americans who want an excuse to party and get drunk. In Mexico, it's not really a celebration though you might get a military parade or two 

If anything, in the States, these days it's a celebration of Mexican-American relations and culture.

But yeah, if Trump thinks eating a taco bowl makes up for his stupid wall idea and the whole spiel about "they're rapists, they're murderers, and some, I assume, are good people" he's dead wrong  that'd be like Bill apologizing to the black community for these statements by posting a tweet of him eating KFC and drinking grape soda saying "I love the inner city black youth (y)"
