ARTPOP as a 2-part album (Art Concept)

I remember around the beginning of the ARTPOP era when it first released, a lot of people expected it to be a 2-part/2 volumes album; like I Am... Sasha Fierce. In which ARTPOP would have 2 volumes - volume 1: ART, which is full of experimental, new wave, electronica etc. type of songs and volume 2: POP, which is songs made for commercial use and to 'please the GP'. IDK why this stuck with me but I finally made an album art concept where ARTPOP is split into 2 parts.

ART (VOL. 1)

Went with this theme as it really embodied the ART part of the ARTPOP era; she was basically combining older and more traditional forms of art with newer styles and pushing them into one 'thing' that was kinda overtly messy but really great at the same time.

POP (VOL. 2)

I thought this fit pop well with the overall simple concept, it's not as unorganized or as bombarding as the ART cover but it still holds hint of it with the Venus painting as the background.

Y'all don't complain about this tracklist, IDK **** about tracklisting nor do I know anything about how to make the album flow better because I listen to everything on shuffle. The general idea was that track 1-5 were slightly more GP-unfriendly, leading to the middle track 'ARTPOP' which stands in the middle ground as a glue for the two volumes. Then tracks 7-14 were more GP-friendly and could become possible singles. Again, IDK **** about the actual music, I'm basically sonically illiterate.

I also left out Dope because I don't like it.  (Justice for IWBWY)

Beautiful artwork but not what would work as actual album artwork, I think.

 

It's supposed to be an album cover, not a signature. 

 

Especially for ARTPOP itself as an album concept, just because it says art doesn't mean its gotta be ancient - you nust mix and match old and new concepts.
