Mikey Monster 1,561
I definitely think it is. I'm not comparing but alot of people call it the Thriller of this Generation. I do agree with that with its catchy melodies and iconic dance moves. It was the perfect representation of "Lady Gaga" and her "Monsters" ❤️❤️❤️ Mikey McCampbell

On the iconic album 21 which may I remind you sold 30 Million copies worldwide making it the best selling album of this centaury and one of the best selling albums of all time. It may have sold more but I think Bad Romance has a visual aspect behind it as well that Rolling In The Deep does not. The music video to BR is as iconic as the song. When people hear BR, they think of the body suit with the crown, or the bath tub scene, or the diamond room scene. Covers are usually based around the music video. Rolling In The Deep, although a great song, is known for the song. The video was obviously popular but there is nothing iconic about it. I haven't said it to everyone on this website, I've said it to the people who have genuinely patronised me, obviously. While it's my pet hate, it seems to be little more than a common sport to many here. And I don't know how many times I'm going to have to articulate this. I am not angry. I'm sitting here, perfectly calm, and simply responding to someone. If that someone is patronising me then forgive me if I use my intellect as a defense (the natural response), and just because someone prefers to take matters seriously instead of flippantly and do so in an articulate way does not make them 'angry'. What's worse is that this in itself is patronising and I genuinely worry that you know this just so that you can get a reaction out of me. Now stop insulting my intelligence with being so presumptuous and please, get on with your day. If you don't have shadows you're not standing in the light. He might say he's calm and happy, but he's still an extremely negative person who lacks proper social skills (but aren't we all to a certain degree? ) Talking to him is just painful. It was never insulting your intelligence and I never intended to. I was simply stating that the person was not trying to make you feel lesser or worse but just making a joke with you. I don't know how to explain it any further but I would have laughed and been like "I guess I do need to work on my internet skills " but again, you can say what you want because you have every right to do so. In no way was I trying to 'patronise' him. If he feels that a joke like that is insulting to him, it's pretty clear that he's angry to some degree, or else why would he feel the need to reply with an essay? Swan Heart 7,382
Yes. It is a modern masterpiece, one if my favourite songs ever. They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.

To add to the acclaim, Bruce Springsteen wished he wrote it and Linda Perry honoured Gaga at the Songwriters Hall of Fame by performing it. Here in Britain, it was just performed the other night on Britain's Got Talent live finals by two contestants. Look up 'Lady Gaga' on YouTube filtered to 'In the last hour' and you'll find someone singing it in a bar/club live. I've known people who don't even like Gaga who adore the song. It's one of the most timeless and enduring pop songs and will be legendary. Also been covered by Meryl Streep in a movie Flyin' like a 1000 Doves
