I am against the death penalty so I think this is bad on principal but at least there are laws that are being broken so it's as bad as places like the USA, Saudi Arabia and China who also have capital punishment. Whereas ISIS just kill people for no reason. It just baffles me, y'know? I saw a documentary a while back about how many people on death row were found not guilty of the crimes that they were charged with later on, so that means that the government killed innocent civilians.
