Honestly, even if I was a billionaire, I wouldn't have bought that piano. Piano's alone are around $2-3K with no significance, so upping the price to even $100,000 is waaayyy too much to ask for.

It's only because I didn't attend. Which is great because I'll have it someday.

The Poker Face hitmaker's old instrument had been expected to sell for $100k  to $200k when it went under the hammer at the Hard Rock Cafe New York on Saturday, as reported by Page Six.

The 30-year-old had used the piano to write her first song at the age of just five, and was selling it as part of Los Angeles-based auctioneers Julien's Auction's Music Icons memorabilia sale.

However, it failed to meet the reserve price - the lowest amount a seller will accept for their lot - and so it did not sell.

A spokesperson for the auction house wouldn't reveal the minimum it could have changed hands for though.

It is not yet clear whether the instrument will sell.

Good. What the hell she was thinking when she tried to sell her childhood piano.

Should have tried selling one of her dogs instead. I know a couple crazies here who would have bid.

This just proves that she isn't a legend YET

This doesn't prove ****...maybe the people at the auction were on a tight budget...or the piano was not in good condition.
