FATCAT 60,100
Honestly, even if I was a billionaire, I wouldn't have bought that piano. Piano's alone are around $2-3K with no significance, so upping the price to even $100,000 is waaayyy too much to ask for. M I M I Z 946
The Poker Face hitmaker's old instrument had been expected to sell for $100k to $200k when it went under the hammer at the Hard Rock Cafe New York on Saturday, as reported by Page Six. The 30-year-old had used the piano to write her first song at the age of just five, and was selling it as part of Los Angeles-based auctioneers Julien's Auction's Music Icons memorabilia sale. However, it failed to meet the reserve price - the lowest amount a seller will accept for their lot - and so it did not sell. A spokesperson for the auction house wouldn't reveal the minimum it could have changed hands for though. It is not yet clear whether the instrument will sell. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-3603720/Lady-Gaga-s-childhood-piano-fails-sell-auction-no-one-meets-reserve-price.html
