Why do people think RedOne was scrapped from LG5?

Speaking in present terms, it would be an absolute disaster for LG5 to come out sounding like lost hits from TF/M. As much as us fans would LOVE to hear more bops like that, it's simply a foolish idea for someone so early in their career like Gaga. She needs to keep progressing and evolving her sound.

I would LOVE if RedOne was the man who could help her do this (just look at my username). But it's highly unlikely. Their work was a moment in time --- and that moment was 2008-2010. RedOne is absolutely a brilliant songwriter and producer, but to keep Gaga on the cutting edge of music, he's probably not the right choice.

Mark Ronson is an incredible selection. He shares Gaga's passion for funky/groovy/disco sounds, but is able to produce them in a way that sound relevant for modern audiences. It's the perfect pairing for today's pop music. While also staying 100% authentic to the artistry that Gaga has been building towards.

If RedOne can deliver the goods, I would be elated if he has a place on LG5. But I'm more concerned with Gaga delivering a solid pop album that is relevant to today's pop landscape. I honestly could care less who produces what, as long as the final output sounds cohesive and is full of earworms, I'll be happy.

I think it's funny... when Judas came out, everyone cried that it was just Gaga doing a "ripoff" of herself and her past hits. And saying she's unoriginal.

Now that some time has passed, y'all are thirsty as hell for another TF/M "ripoff" sound. We are an impossible bunch to please.

I don't think people are looking for the same thing that's coming out of their mouth. They want a re-envishing dark-style of music that TFM brought after the glitz and glam of TF. They think redone brought this to the table, when in reality it was just her direction.

I feel like a B-side leak (or subtle release) would really benefit this hankering for the nostalgia.

I don't even know where to start on this rant.

Ive seen too many people on here think that just bc Gaga and RedOne haven't been in a photo together, that Gaga has dropped him from producing on LG5.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

Gaga knows we want a TF/M production teas w/ LG5, so that's a nice guess on why she even hired him to work on #LG5. Yes, hired. Professionally N aking music is NOT a free time, it costs a lot of money (which is why stealing it is messy), so why would she waste her money like that? When was the last time she's been on tour? I don't think she has money to throw around (except at Hilliary speeches). Plus, Gaga would not waste his time like this, so she absolutely did not drop him.

Next, have you all forgotten what Elton John has said? Her new music sounds like her old stuff (Bad Romanxe and You and I), who else could make a BR type song other than RedOne? This was said way after February 2015 (last time they were photographed together, right?) obviously, that music has not been thrown away.

Lastly, Have none of you ever heard of the Internet? It's a place where data can be transferred across long distances :). Aka, a tool to where music can be created, checked, improved upon and more, without the artist and producer having to exist right next to each other. I can't at some of you actually thinking Gaga is only using one producer for LG5, when she's used dozens of people to help create her album before, changes or no changes in her recent activity.

Mark Ronson is NOT the only producer on LG5. Bookmark me.

Please stop creating reasons to meltdown, it can't be good for your health.

So many of you are so lucky that you don't get WPs for saying stupid things lol

But they were photographed together. Both posted the photos on their social media. I'm kind of over redone though, I want to see what Gaga can do with other producers.

why do you think Gaga actually cares that SOME of her fans want a TF/M repeat?

As far as them sending stuff over the internet to each other, they can't risk hacks and leaks so if she's keeping her music that he produced on the album, then it's safe to assume those songs are completed. Or they're still meeting up and not taking photos.

So true. It's funny to see people associate her ideas and directions with exclusive producers. As if Gaga just sat in the room and chilled. Lol
