Most critically overrated vs. most critically underrated

Which I honestly don't think she deserves....

Like.

She can only give us good recordings of her songs (I stanned for her listening to ALL of her music released and unreleased, then started to listen to live stuff...  I was shook) on her albums. If you can't perform your songs live, not asking for an all out Madonna sized concert, and have them sound good musically. I can't participate in your music. At that point you are NOT a musician you are simply a recorded singer.

I don't really find anything overrated, except for specific songs. But a lot of what can be said about certain artists can be said also for artists you like, so I would rather not say anything.

But I think Utada is underrated in America. Especially her English albums. Tippy Toe and Workout are such jams.

I think you mean True Blue, LAV only really has 2 Hits.

True Blue has Papa, Live to Tell, Open Your Heart, and more... but for some reason only side A of the record is in my memory

Material Girl, LAV, Into The Groove, Dress You Up, Love Don't. So nope. 

I should have corrected myself and say both LAV & TD gave the respective artist their geepee "image".

I feel like Adele is a bit overrated. I think she has a really cool personality and a sense of humor but I can't see any of that reflected in her music.
