Guest
I thought about a record which contains two styles (not genres). The first style could be her acoustic one, where all the songs from LG5 are recorded in their very original written/composed stadium. That could be very rock-, piano-, ballad-heavy content. The other style could be very Pop-matching material that contains synthesizer, up-tempo beats, etc. just the same songs from her acoustic version converted into the style we were used from her previous albums, which doesn't mean it should sound the same but clearly more Gagaesk than the acoustic version. She could promote the two versions at the same time. I would really enjoy an era with promotional performances where we are not sure what version she's gonna perform her single and how she's gonna perform during her tour. I think this would satisfy those people who were more used to her Pop eras and also those who became stans with her tributes, C2C and so on. idk what you think about that idea but in my opinion it would be a clear, brave statement that she really is a musician who cares about quality but also wants to stand out with her outer, more eccentric appearances to determine Gaga-legacy. Quartz 12,534
I personally like it but I can already foresee the comparisons. "The dance version sucks and ruined the song for me. Ugh, the rock version is so tacky, I can't even listen to the godly electro version without cringing" etc etc Inside, we are really made the same. 🕊
13VictorC 1,102
That would be cool, but I think at this moment Gaga needs a singular focus in order to propel her to the top again.
