This is a very pessimistic view of the world. For every person suffering there is another who got help. There are simply not enough time or resources to help everyone in need within a feasible or even reasonable time. People do the best they can

When you have led a life as the matchbook, you become a cynic. You become accustomed to what feels like slavery, two jobs and a full time 20 hr college schedule then you have a nervous breakdown and passout in the woods no clue where you are or how you got there.

You'll realize one day, that positivity is wrongly placed and it will break your heart. Just like it did mine. There is enough wealth, and goods and homes, something can be done, and to ignore that makes you delusional lo, my statement.

Yeah it's a hard time I'm sure. I'm from Lebanon and we're almost all under what is considered poor by the US, not to mention how unstable it is.

I just think your current situation is only temporary (You plan to graduate right?) so you're willingly taking on the burden for you to be successful later.

Not going to tell you how to feel about it though. I work a lot but I too want to put my hands up in the air and say "**** it. **** you. **** everything" every once in a while

I've been through a lot. Some people still ask me how I managed to pull myself back up after all the **** I've been through.

So I wouldn't suggest assuming that I want to change. Positivity is the only reason I'm still around  I'll leave it at that.
