It's sad but true that some would have preferred Gaga push herself to a Britney level breakdown as long as they got another TFM. The pain and depression she was in runs all though the post BTW era and ARTPOP. She needed the break away from the pop machine in a big way. It's good she had her work to channel her pain into, and even better than she took a break from anything pop related for so long. Try arguing with science, please. You mean to say it's usually those with anxiety, chronic pain, or depression to abuse marijuana. That doesn't make it addictive, like you said it just makes it a crutch. Not taking that away from Gaga, but she's just generally known to lie or over exaggerate things. If weed ruined her life so much why does she still smoke it? "Weed addiction" or abuse isn't on par with any other form of substance abuse in this case since she STILL uses it. Does an alcoholic still drink alcohol after exiting rehab? Nope Does a crack addict still smoke crack after getting sober? So again, she still smokes weed to this day, obviously it wasn't that harmful... Im not quite sure what you mean by this... Obviously if someone is fully sober they would not have touched their drug.. However, alcoholics relapse like crazy. And they could have been sober for five years and fallen back into the cycle.
