Regarding the typos, it's clear that this is a genuine message from Gaga and not from a script. If you wanted proof of Gaga actually liking her as opposed to being paid off, then there you have it.

And yes, it's fine to congratulate a mother on mother's day and say you want a mother in the White House. It doesn't imply that it's the only reason.

She doesn't owe you an explanation, and has the right to voice her opinion. She is not beholden to her fans and does not owe anyone an explanation just because she is a media celebrity. Not every opinion demands a thesis statement. She supports her, and assuming she does because she is a woman is sexist. Lack of proof does not imply guilt.
