They're basically saying that just like you can't get on a plane with certain items, you can't get resurrected to paradise without following Jehovah's rules. One of which being that marriage is between a man and a woman. Basically, for people who are married to someone of the same sex, they wouldn't be admitted to paradise like how someone with gun can't go on a plane. Religion and faith and the belief in a higher power are the source of strength and courage for many people, it offers them comfort when the world is in immense chaos, it offers them hope that every thing happens for a reason and that everything will work out in the end because of that higher power. People like you who expect concrete evidence of the existence of a god or spiritual entity or the afterlife are very smallminded and it's actually people like you who cause divisiveness, actually I shouldn't say "people like you", I should say, opinions like yours..
