Do You Still Frequent LittleMonsters.com? Is it Closing Down?

Sorry if already posted but I couldn't find a thread about this, do you still visit LittleMonsters.com? Is it true that it's closing? I know Lady Gaga talking about it recently and about Place, but I'm not understanding whether or not it's staying open or if it's closing because of bankruptcy? 

When ARTPOP came out, one of the first interviews Gaga did, she spoke so proudly about it and that it was about to reach 1M users; which Gaga commented she and the Haus are really happy about because unlike twitter or instagram or youtube, the number of users can't be inflated by fake followers. 

But do you use it? If not, do you think Gaga can do anything to get you back on it? I don't go on it that much. Should Gaga get back on it and do chats or exclusive music snippets? What do you think?
