Creative packaging for LG5?

I've been watching a lot of K-pop album unboxings on YouTube lately (#procrastination) and they prove once again how much effort they put into the whole experience for the fans. K-pop albums rarely have our standard jewel case, they usually come with a photobook and/or innovative packaging.

Some examples:

What do you think? Do you want Gaga to do something like this for LG5? It could've been awesome for ARTPOP too btw...
I'd personally love it, I personally love the process of unboxing a new album, especially when it's not a typical plastic case. However, it would only work if it was executed correctly. Otherwise it would just look cheap.

Usual CD package, but when you open it it could be something like the last pic in the OP, something creative. Nothing over the top but still kinda different and interesting.

Something like Taylor did with 1989 with the Polaroids . I want something cool , maybe a cardboard case instead of jewelled with surprises inside u know, like a strand of her weave :ph34r:ARTPOP waS pretty basic except for the foil cover and her legs spread wide.

Wasn't Gaga going for that aesthetic in ARTPOP? Well, paintings but they looked pretty similar.

Yeah, but I think Taylor's included like actual additional Polaroid copies in her packaging ,'whereas gaga just used them as single covers

I'd like just a regular CD and maybe a box that fits in my shelf, like the BTW collection. Just that.

I wouldn't mind a nicer case for a duluxe version, or as a collector item like the BTW Collection box.

But for the official release of LG5, it should stay in the regular casing.

Gaga truly is ahead of the game. But she isn't maximizing the potential to the fullest so the next pop girl picks it up and repackages her ideas.

What saddens me is that they never get called out on it if they don't acknowledge Gaga's influence on them but Gaga gets dragged even when she openly states her specific works are homages.

Hopefully we see a new fierce gaga at the met ball tonight

The standard shouldn't be too complicated, because it would probably be hard to find in normal stores and expensive. Iridescent foil (I know, ARTPOP teas:chica:) or some cut outs (like Coldplay's last album), nothing more complicated.

I'd be here for a conceptual limited edition.

...has anybody seen my disco stick?
