MeL 63 Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 *Hey there GAs and aspiring GAs! *Lets have a competition! *The winner(s) will have their work featured on a GagaFanCorner.com post, which will be retweeted by the GagaDaily twitter account! *Also, this will also be a qualifier for aspiring GAs to earn the title and palette as a Graphic Artist! Competition Details:Please reply to this thread and RSVP a spot in the competition! Unlimited spots, but sign up will end Friday, April 13th, so you have 1 week to sign up!There will be 3 rounds.In the first round, everyone will be making a signature and an avatar set.In the second round, everyone will be making 3 song artwork covers.In the third round, everyone will be making a background wallpaper.[*]The details and requirements for each round will be posted in a new thread each week. Each round will have a specific theme with a set of pictures to choose from, just like in a normal request. Those will be specified once each round starts so everyone has the same amount of time to complete each round. [*]Each round will last around 4 days to complete the task of each round. This gives enough time for quality work, yet still is an appropriate time for Graphic Artists to complete requests. [*]This is NOT an elimination competition! Everyone will be scored by 3 judges, and each round's score will be counted towards your total score. The winner(s) with the highest score at the end of the competition will have their work featured on GagaFanCorner.com and retweeted by the GagaDaily twitter account. [*]Scoring: ​In each round, you can get a total of 30 points (10 points from each judge)10 Point Breakdown:[*]This means you can receive a total of 90 points in this competition. [*]Those who complete each round on time and receive at least 50 points will earn the title of a Graphic Artist!​5 points technique5 points creativity *Sound good?
