Bey and Rih have always been "rivals" much like Katy and Gaga but like music not the bling They are polar opposites.
Anderson123 38,069
Anti by far. I gotta say that album was a grower to me. At first I only liked two songs but they all have grown on me so much, except for Woo. I guess Lemonade could also make me change my mind after a few listens, but right now I skip most of the songs. JusKeepBreathin 19,311
The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is still more of a masterpiece than both Beyoncé or Rihanna will ever churn out. Higher 2,406
I like both, but I was truly surprised with Rihanna and ANTi, she co-wrote it, she took a leap of faith and completely, and was involved in the process. I thought she was gonna make another basic ass pop album with no involvement. Finally feeling free for the night, I got no worries. Finally got a claim on my life, baby, c'est la vie. ☄️

StrawberryBlond 14,777
It's tough because I gave them the same rating, but Lemonade. Beyonce actually put out the album that she believed in and didn't omit singles just because they weren't successful or delay the album for months like Rihanna did. Lemonade is also more mature and truly doesn't try to appeal to any modern trends unlike Rihanna's attempts to get a hit with more radio friendly songs like Work and a lot of the ballads. Also, Beyonce's album has only 2 awful tracks on it, Rihanna's has several. So saying, Anti is still the best album Rihanna's turned out since Loud and I applaud her for taking a risk. I hope she progresses in this direction more next time so we can get an above average album. Both of them need to stop relying on so many songwriters, however. You realise how these albums can only be so personal when you see how many people helped on each song. 18 hours ago, BrianxRyan said: They don't sound nothing alike. They are incomparable. The only similarity is that they both black. Is the one person you guys can compare Beyonce' to is Rihanna cause she's black? This Rihanna vs Beyonce needs to stop. Two strong black women doing their thing. I've been over this with you before. They're compared just like white singers are compared. They're not polar opposites like you claim. They both have straddled pop and urban their entire careers, they're on the same label, they both have ties to Jay Z, they are like a more edgy (Rihanna) and talented (Beyonce) version of each other and obviously, they've both just released an anti-commercial album. Wake up, white artists with less similarities have been pitted against each other for less. You're just looking for a race angle where it doesn't exist.
