First of all, the title of this thread is pretty misleading because they're not saying that Demi herself is problematic, they're just pointing out something that is problematic in her last snaps: the fact that, although she's proud of her current body shape, she talks like there's a "perfect" body shape that she has yet to reach, and the article totally disagrees with that. The article isn't calling her problematic and says that maybe she didn't word things in the best way, and it actually encourages Demi and everybody to be proud of our bodies, because there isn't such thing as a perfect shape.
