I hate Lemonade

I don't like this album too, only the 2nd song and Formation, the rest doesn't sound pop, and the visuals basically shows like what is the Beyonde tribe and her culture, at least BEYONCÉ wasn't about that and there were a lot of huge bops like Partition, 

ps, seems this song isn't on the album 

i had huge expectations for this one and it isn't on it...

This is the only song on the album that is not generic XD And Sweet Dreams (Halo,If I Were A Boy are good songs but not unique)

It's seriously a good album, it's SO DIVERSE and I love that. She didn't make a pop record, or a new BEYONCE, it's a really different record for her and every song fits very well, when you listen to the whole album, the songs just flow into each other!

It's very different for sure. I think it's your opinion and It's OK. To be honest I'm not a big fan of it too, but Formation still slays

And it's really good. 

Give it a week. You'll love it. Sometimes really great albums take multiple listens because there is alot to absorb.....pretty sure the first time anyone heard Dark Side of the Moon they weren't stanning....they were confused.

LEMONADE is easily Beyonce's The Fame Monster: a well crafted, experimental (but not so much it's not pop), meaningful and culturally relevant record. 

 

In a way it's the best thing she did, the project as a whole (as in the songs with the videos and dialogue) yes that is the best thing she did indeed, a political and personal visual masterpiece.

However once you take it apart and the documentary is no more and you just listen to them as individual songs, then no it is not her best solely musical effort. In my opinion, Sasha Fierce remains her best musical effort, maybe it seems that Sasha Fierce is now basic or too popish but back then it was an innovative idea for Beyonce to release a double-disc yin and yang record. I mean c'mon it's hard to say that a song on Lemonade is better than let's say Halo or Sweet Dreams or If I Were a Boy or Single Ladies, all being songs so iconic and meaningful till this day.
