Decodekid 28,266
The Fame Monster or Born This Way, i think they can both count since TFM is a very small album, but those were her best career years. Long Live Gretchen

TropicOfCANCER 6,292
The fame monster, because every song slays. THAT being said, if BTW were to be cut down into an 8 track ep (feauturing ONLY the best songs on that album) it would be better than TFM. GloZell Green 11,723
The Fame Monster. You will not skip a track on it, I can't speak for everyone though because some people hate Teeth. A perfect album. BTW is the Bible though. Lady Gaga | Shakira

eifulien 2,969
I voted ARTPOP, because it's her most personal and raw effort. She's never been more damaged before and I fell in love with the vulnerability she demonstrated. BTW is her most daring attempt, with social impact that no other pop album has had in this past decade. TFM is her peak in terms of popularity, a perfect execution, and sonically most pleasing eargasmic. TF sh*ts heavily on other artists debuts like no other debut album in history. The Fame and Born This Way also succeed in the former area but they aren't nearly as consistent -The Fame starts to lose the plot towards the end of the album and Born This Way has some of her biggest misfires and some true lyrical drudgery on a few tracks, not to mention the poor engineering across the whole record. You left ARTPOP out, though

If they were each cut to between 8 and 11 songs, and in BTW's case they were better produced and engineered, they could come quite close to being on par with The Fame Monster although they still wouldn't have a Bad Romance. For The Fame I would say remove Boys x3, I Like It Rough, Brown Eyes, and keep Disco Heaven as a bonus track, and the album should probably open with Paparazzi. For Born This Way I would cut the exact songs that you did but maybe keep Electric Chapel, just bring it to life with a real guitar instead of that stock FL Studio crap. The album could be retitled too without the title track.
