LUO YI 6,089
She needs to embrace mainstream, sadly. She won't, of course. It's Gaga. I agree with the promises thing. I hope she knows that she can't do everything at once, and keep silent about what she's doing to impress... #LG5 The night sky tells all
Sizzily 14,543
"Remember when a Lady Gaga album was just hit after hit after hit? It was a much simpler time, right? At a mammoth 15 tracks, ARTPOP came with more filler " No, I remember when The Fame had 14 songs with all the singles in the first tack slots and then the end was Paper Gangster, Brown Eyes, Summerboy, and I Like It Rough. The standard edition of Born This Way had 14 songs but the deluxe had 17 with the middle being Black Jesus, Bad Kids, Fashion of His Love, and Highway Unicorn. One Banned Boi

yASSsss 35,510
such an annoying article. I agree with 1-2 points but the rest are pure bullshit   Call me by your name and I'll call you by mine
PaperIz 7,261
I disagree with a lot of this. I don't see any filler tracks on ARTPOP, first of all. Secondly, I like when she experiments and doesn't just do the mainstream thing. Sure I want gaga to be popular but I don't want her churning out basic sh!t. And the last thing, I like that she takes things seriously sometimes and actually makes music with a meaning. I do agree she could be more light hearted sometimes and the rest of the article. But overall this isn't a good piece.
Gagaloo911 12,959
They can piss off and leave the Queen alone. She remains unbothered raking in them millions and headlines when not even having to release music
FrozenKookie 2,638
 Quote  What LG5 needs is for Gaga to be more fearless in her track selection again, and not be afraid to put out a 10 track album. We want quality, NOT quantity. This is what I agreed the most, I've always been saying the exact same sentence (the latter).

LaLuna 12,732
What a load of crap. All the Little Managers agreeing with it.... It's true that Gaga has made mistakes and not delivered on some of her promises in the past. But I think that she has learned from those mistakes and that's exactly why she's not giving anything away about LG5. I think this time she's ready to just let her music speak for itself without giving it a convoluted concept or meaning or overhyping it. Also, "embrace the mainstream"? Sorry but no If "embracing the mainstream" means making The Fame 2.0 just to please the GP and some fans, then sorry but I'm not here for that.
gagaohlala 794
I kinda agree with some things. And the first one is consistency for her looks. Like she used to do for TF/TFM, and less with BTW. She should keep a lool for the entire era, and just use some variation to change just a little time to time. The best exemple is with The Fame : the blond bang was the main look, and she used it all the era with little changes : short, bob, lavender, effeil tower on the head, but always with a consitency blond bang style. Which was a good moove because it became iconic. Same goes with TFM (Yellow Curly style), and decline since BTW. She tired with ARTPOP and the Seashell Girl Hair, but she soon stoped to used it. I think it will not be THE thing to make her on top again, but it was a smart moove to keep people knowing her curent image and music. She should keep a look for an era imo. Little Monster | Diamond | Cry Baby | Lana Del Rey
Slayer 9,227
Rename the article '7 things Lady Gaga needs to do to make pop music even more boring'. Predictable formulas, consistent outfits and mainstream songs do not make a legend. This article is so patronising. I agree with some of it, but it was clearly written by a little manager who can't accept that the TFM Gaga is a distant memory. She can do whatever the fvck she wants, and you know what, I will respect her so much more if she continues to rip up the rule book. I love judas SO MUCH but I canÊčt look like a copycat of JLO!!!! Guest
I'm sorry but what? Gaga is not just another pop star. She's an artist first and foremost. Also, she will write her songs however she pleases and also attach as many messages to her work of art as she wants to. That is exactly what makes her so incredible. You can feel the bias of the author just by reading their article and I hope that they remember this particular Gaga quote and accept that The Fame days are over: "when people think they know what Lady Gaga is, I want to show them that they don't."
