Uptown Funk was the best work he ever made. I'm not the biggest fan of what I've heard other than that. I was never keen on Amy Winehouse's version of Valerie that he worked on with her and I think The Zutons original was way better (I mean, it's about a guy saying he misses a girl, so it doesn't work if a girl's singing it about a friend). I thought his latest album was very ordinary apart from Uptown Funk, Feel Right, Daffodils, Crack in the Pearl and In Case Of Fire. But really, Uptown Funk's the only true runaway standout. I hope he produces something really good for Gaga. I don't want her to try to recreate Uptown Funk as she'll definitely be called a rip off and it's no good when you try to recreate greatness. But Gaga's known to get the best out of whoever she works with, so here's hoping.

I don't really listen to Uptown Funk for the fact that it was sooo overplayed, but I'm a big fan of his second and third albums - Record Collection is flawless

Ronson is great with "modern old school" type of production, whivh will be fantastic if that is LG5 direction.  Ronson with Gaga twist.

His work with Amy is exemplary.

Y'all know nothing. Uptown Funk is a good song! Maybe you don't like it because it was overplayed, but it was a different sound for pop culture. And that's not his only song. :laughga:This is the guy behind Amy Winehouse's 'Back To Black' aka one of the most acclaimed albums in history. He's the PERFECT producer for Gaga, y'all will see. :usrs:

I enjoy his work.  His work with Amy Winehouse was amazing.  Uptown Funk was my jam last year.   ;)

I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.

you're right. GGD users are very fickle, going from hating to loving in a glimpse of an eye :emma:

as for myself, I always liked Uptown Funk and I like a couple of songs he did with Amy Winehouse, so I'm genuinely excited to see Mark's work with Gaga.

plus he's a hot daddy :gaycat:

I already have been since Oh Wee, his works are enjoyable to me, and his sounds are stable, I haven't not like any of his releases thus far.

No. But I usually love Gaga, so I will see what happens before I care that she is working with him.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
