She knows this time that second guessing herself like she did with ARTPOP (so many last minute changes) was a bad thing. So I think it's safe to say she's NOT doing that. I think the wait is because she is really planning something of quality for the world. She is very passionate about her music, and she's not gonna release crap just so a few gays can love it for 2 minutes and then treat her like dirt.
