Someone on another forum said they have no use for her anymore and she was pushed in order to start a new agenda within pop culture. After she peaked AKA the agenda worked, she was no longer needed. Hence why ARTPOP didn't get a big push and people didn't really care for it. (To anyone who's gonna quote me with some BS argument, it's just a theory....)
